Many small businesses are no longer in the position to hire full time office staff and the lack of people willing or able to undertake part time/casual positions means many small businesses are no longer keeping up with the day to day requirements of operating a successful business.

Originally I was a small company and we did our own bookkeeping. Set up by our own staff, our admin person would do the paperwork. While it was minimal work, we still had issues and mistakes as the staff were not as trained as they said they were. Our company grew along with our accounting needs. We reached a time where we wanted to transfer our bookkeeping over to Xero and start afresh. This is where we met Michelle from Seamless Bookkeeping.
